Istruzioni per il Team Tecnico (Matic per Mautic)

Il team tecnico interviene una volta che il cliente ha configurato il puntamento IP.

1. Ricezione Task: Verificare nel task aperto dal PM il dominio e il servizio richiesto (Mautic/WordPress).

2. Configurazione Server: Appena il Record A punta all'IP 49.13.36.157, configurare l'istanza corretta sul server Hetzner.

3. Certificati SSL: Attivare il certificato HTTPS per i sottodomini scelti dal cliente (es. marketing.azienda.it o lp.azienda.it).

4. Feedback: Confermare al PM l'avvenuta messa online del servizio per i test finali

Check sender with Stefania with the following procedure:

1- Stefania asks the client the domain 

2- stefania asks the client the sender name (es: info@offers.pasqquettigroup.com9 

3 - Once stefania sent the instructions to the client, and the client validate the email, Stefania must validate on Sendgrid the domain

4- Matic need to configure the sender that Stefania + the client choose

IF one of this points above is missing, please check with Stefania because may be that:

1- the client has already a configuration on Sendrid and they just want to use the running sender

2- the client is missing
