Adding team members and profiles to authenticate and add Google Workspace and Personal LinkedIn:

 

Important points (flesh out later):

Team Members:

Team members can be invited by any other team member with a direct email invitation. Team members can create and connect accounts to sender profiles. For this process, invite as a team member the personal email account of the client, so they can add in the credentials to their personal LinkedIn accounts to sender profiles, and invite as a team member the outreach google workspace account of the client so you can connect their gmail accounts yourself.

Sender Profiles:

  • Each sender profile provides one LinkedIn account and one Google Workspace account.
    • Maxed out at 10 sender profiles under current plan
  • Any team member can create a sender profile, and can be assigned to work on multiple sender profiles
    • example: One client as a team member can handle two sender profile from their company

 

  • Connecting LinkedIn Accounts
    • The best method is to add the client as a team member and have them manually go to their assigned sender profiles and click "Open Cloud Browser," which takes them to a window to login into their LinkedIn profiles directly. This prevents us from needing to request their personal LinkedIn details for our use

    Google Workspace
    • The best approach to connecting Gmail accounts is to invite the client's dedicated Google Workspace used for our outreach.
    • Login to GetSales under that Google Workspace account, and once you select the sender profile you wish to add a Gmail , click "using 0Auth" for connecting, and follow the steps below.
